As a friend of Horizons, you have the potential to help us extend our reach to celebrate Horizons Giving Day. Thank you for helping us spread the word about the great work we do for children and families experiencing homelessness and how your network can support our work too.

This toolkit provides graphics and social media messaging to make it easy for you to share information about Giving Day and our mission with your network.

Here are important ways to engage:

  • Like and share a post with your followers from our channel, adding your commentary and words of support. (Sample language is below.)
  • Create a social post. We created sample posts and copy below that you can share encouraging your network to give or volunteer.
  • When you post, please be sure to tag Horizons for Homeless Children. This will help us repost your content and broaden your reach.
  • We hope you’ll share on or around Giving Day, Saturday, February 28 .
